2. Storage Unit Usage

Storage units are available to individuals and businesses over the age of 18. You must provide valid identification and complete the necessary rental agreement to secure a unit.

- Flammable items
- Valuables without proper insurance
Storing prohibited items is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate termination of your rental agreement.
3. Rental Agreement
Upon selecting a storage unit, you must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of use, payment schedules, and responsibilities. This agreement is enforceable by law.
3.1. Payment Terms
Rent is due on the first day of each month. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the rental agreement.
3.2. Security Deposit
A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required at the time of signing the rental agreement. This deposit will be refunded upon termination of the agreement, provided there are no outstanding charges or damages.
4. Access and Security
Brixton Storage prioritizes the security of your belongings. You are granted access to your storage unit 24/7 using a personalized access code.
4.1. Access Restrictions
While you have access to your unit at any time, Brixton Storage reserves the right to restrict access for maintenance, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.2. Security Measures
- 24-hour surveillance cameras
- Fenced and gated premises
- Electronic access control systems
- On-site security personnel
Despite these measures, Brixton Storage is not liable for any loss or damage to your stored items. We recommend obtaining insurance for valuable possessions.
5. Liability and Insurance
Brixton Storage is committed to maintaining a safe environment. However, we are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of items stored in our facilities.
5.1. Insurance Recommendations
We strongly advise customers to secure adequate insurance coverage for their stored items. Brixton Storage does not provide insurance, but can assist you in finding reputable insurance providers.
5.2. Limitation of Liability
Brixton Storage's liability is limited to direct damages caused by negligence. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our storage services.
6. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the rental agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you must remove all belongings from the storage unit and settle any outstanding payments.
6.1. Early Termination
If you choose to terminate the agreement before the end of the rental period, you may be subject to an early termination fee as outlined in your rental agreement.
6.2. Eviction
Brixton Storage reserves the right to evict customers who violate the terms and conditions, fail to make payments on time, or engage in prohibited activities within the facility.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising from the use of Brixton Storage's services, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
7.1. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Brixton Storage operates.
8. Amendments to Terms
Brixton Storage reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Severability
